KBA were appointed by M7 to design and develop a comprehensive refurbishment of a seven-storey Grade A office building in the heart of Belfast’s Business and Linen District. This development comprises 23,500 sqft of flexible office space with a design-led reception and modern communal areas and amenities. Completed to the highest standing, the fit out of 20 Adelaide Street has been designed with the building’s future occupiers at its core. Modern, flexible office space as well as communal areas and new amenities ensure this building will provide a pleasant environment for employees, helping to support healthy lifestyles and collaborative working. Not only this, but the building’s features celebrate Belfast’s rich shipping history with an industrial look and feel making this a unique offering for the city’s office market.
