KBA’s growing body of work includes the award winning Halo Building laboratories in Central London and 20 Adelaide Street commercial office refurbishment in Belfast. KBA are currently designing and delivering number of high end private healthcare refurbishments in Central London and delivering a brand new build hyper car showroom in Sunningdale, with other exciting opportunities in the pipeline.
Architectural & Interior Design
We provide Architecture and Interior Design concepts from inception to delivery working in close collaboration with the wider design and construction teams to provide design led but cost effective solutions. We employ many methods to test and communicate our ideas including 3D drawings, 3D printing, photography and CGI visuals.
BIM Consultancy
We have extensive Building Information Modelling (BIM) expertise through all the key phases of a project in both BIM coordination and management. We provide BIM consultancy technical advice at key phases of a project to align employer’s requirements and the design team's BIM aspirations through to construction, handover and beyond.
Kimia Benam
KB Architects was formed by the founding Director Kimia Benam, who has experience in architectural and multi-disciplinary practices in both London and Newcastle. Her personable and passionate approach to Architecture and Interior Design has been the driving force behind her agile and creative team, which has been organically growing since 2019.
