75 Harley Street
Periodontal Clinic - Marylebone
KB Architects were engaged by RW Perio to design and deliver a new gum clinic in a Grade II listed building in Harley Street, London. The brief was to design two dental surgeries and a seminar room which was supported by back of house staff areas and a decontamination space. The clinic was designed within a conservation area so as part of this process we had to also apply for a listed building consent to Westminster City Council. We as part of the process worked closely with the client to develop an architectural and interiors brief which clearly defined the parameters for the project. The concept proposed to meet the brief provided a modern, contemporary and minimalist architectural interiors palette which worked successfully in tandem with the existing listed period features of the building to create a fusion of modern and old which was a key design driver.
