KB Architects were commissioned by M7 Real Estate to generate an architectural concept design proposal to reconfigure and revitalise Derby Square and Graeme House offices in the heart of the Commercial District in the Liverpool City Centre. The design proposals focused on reconfiguring the main entrance to provide a new focal point and enhanced entrance plaza and main reception to the building. The KBA team were also been asked to look at landscaping proposals to enhance the square and provide a landscaping concept which relates more positively to Graeme House and the overall square by introducing a vibrant and enhanced environment for users and the public.

In 2021 M7 Real Estate also commissioned KBA to lodge a PD application to convert the existing commercial offices into a residential scheme, where we successfully secured planning for 143 residential units.
