Orthodontic Clinic - Bexleyheath

KBA were entrusted by Sandford Group with the task of revitalizing their existing dental facility to create a modern Orthodontic clinic with inviting spaces that inspires confidence and promotes well-being for both patients and staff. Our team of skilled architects and designers collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision, requirements, and aspirations for the project.

The primary objective of the dental clinic refurbishment was to create an atmosphere that eases the anxiety often associated with dental visits. We achieved this by incorporating a calming and neutral colour palette, abundant natural light, and ergonomic design elements that prioritize patient comfort. Our aim was to reimagine the space as a sanctuary, where patients feel at ease from the moment they step through the door.

One of the challenges of this project was designing the interior spaces to accommodate advanced dental technology while maintaining a calming and relaxing atmosphere for patients. The design team worked closely with the client to ensure that all of the necessary equipment and technology could be integrated seamlessly into the design, while also providing a relaxing and calming environment for patients.

Following successful planning approval to upgrade the front entrance, façade and landscaping along with a newly opened up main reception and waiting area, KBA were pleased to truly enhance the arrival experience to the building by enhancing the approach and patient flow and journey from start to finish.

In addition to functionality, aesthetics played a crucial role in the refurbishment. We embraced a minimalist design approach, combining clean lines and contemporary materials to create a sleek and timeless ambiance. The use of high-quality finishes, such as polished surfaces and warm wood accents, adds a touch of sophistication and elegance to the space whilst be CQC compliant.

This exciting project is currently on site and due for completion Q1 2024.
