The Grange
Mixed Use - Cheltenham
KB Architects have been appointed by M7 Real Estate to provide a high level architectural review of The Grange to provide a strategic approach to refurbishing the asset for future use and ownership. The design team generated a conceptual architectural report which defines the potential scope for the project and identified where the asset needs work and enhancement to increase the value of the asset and upgrade the spaces to meet most current design guides and building regulations.
The site is composed of three buildings, The Grange office building being the most prominent and dominant ( 146,000 sqft ) on site with two small scale period buildings called The Old Grange and the Coach House.
